Fees and Remuneration

Roka Capital Ltd is remunerated for its corporate finance, advisory and transaction-related services.

Depending upon the nature of an engagement, remuneration may comprise a retainer, advisory fee, transaction fee, success-based fee or a combination of these.

Success-based remuneration may be calculated by reference to capital raised, financing secured or a transaction completed.

The specific scope of services, responsibilities and remuneration arrangements applicable to any mandate will be set out separately in the relevant engagement letter, advisory agreement or fee agreement.

Where an actual or potential conflict of interest arises in connection with an engagement, Roka Capital Ltd will seek to identify and manage that conflict appropriately.

Clients and counterparties remain solely responsible for their own commercial, financial, legal and investment decisions.
